Wow...I haven't updated since last year.... lol....

Alright sorry about the corniness of the first sentance...but I just had to...lol

Anyways...how was everybodys Christmas/New Years? Mine was awesome! Matthew and I went to Indiana to visit my Sister and my dad's side of the family and I must say...we had such a blast over there!   

Some cool/fun highlights (not in order):

1.) My sister and I stealing a road cone from the middle of the street and naming him Mr. Conehead (CONEHEAD CONEHEAD CONHEAD!!!) Let me tell ya...he most definitely got around

2.) Christmas Dinner which consisted of snacks/food from the gas station (don't worry...our real Christmas dinner was 2 days later).

3.) Going to Pricilla's w/ everyone... 

4.) Having my first shot ever (Seagrams 7)

5.) Watching Matthew and my cousin David duking it out (they both do boxing/karate/whaterverness...)

6.) My sister waking up Matthew by playing a prank that consisted of whip cream

7.) Giving my sister Afrin oops....

8.) Meeting the coolest guy...Chris Karson

9.) Our daily trips to Chris' house....

10.) Snow on Christmas day

11.) Seeing my dad's side of the family (especially eating their delicious food...mmmm...)

12.) Eating Chris' Sourkraut....not too bad

13.) My sister's tactics of getting me up in the morning

14.) Watching movies (especially the 40 year old Virgin -- Uncut version)

15.) Playing/goofing off w/ my little newphew Logan

16.) My Abuelita and Matthew....

17.) Driving around Muncie

18.) Insane/ funny conversations w/ my Aunt Marsha, Uncle John, and my Grandpa Holliday

19.) Can't forget about presents! (I got the DVD of Romeo and Juliet (the old version directed by Franco Zepheralli...oh the best); the trip to IN from my father; about $150.00 in money and gift cards from my family (which all went to the trip home and on gifts for everyone);

so yeah...that's a little bit of an update...I was actually supposed to post this like a week in a half ago...but hey better late than never.....

Hello everyone....I'm not going to talk for long...but I just want to let ya'll know I'm still alive and well. Right now my cell phone is temporarily out of service, so if anyone is trying to get a hold of me then call me on Matt's cell. E-mail me if no one has it.

I hope everyone is doing wonderfully good and had a great Thanksgiving!  I haven't had too much of a chance to update (or be online in that case) I had 4 days off work and during work I've actually been working...go figure right? lol....

Woohoo....

Halloween yesterday was......odd. It didn't even seem like halloween.

Dressed up like a pirate...Matthew a army camoflauged soilder.....

Bought candy...but on one came....which is understandable.....think about it...it's an apartment complex.....so we went to my mother's house and went trick or treating to a couple of houses then came back to my moms. Stayed there for a while then went back home and went to bed.

Oh yeah...it was oh so exciting....

It's alright....at least I have some candy. 

I think today is one of those days were you just think and think about everything that has happened to you through out life. 

Some things I wonder about (and sorry if it seems kinda concieted, but I'm not....it's just some thoughts on my life):

1.) why do I end up hurting the ones I love the most w/o relizing it.

2.) I'm I really that selfish?

3.) Do people really care/love?

4.) what'll happen when I die? both on earth and elsewhere?

5.) What are my natural talents?

6.) will my apartment ever be cleaned?

7.) am I really as pretty as some people make it seem?

8.) do I look more like my father or mother?

9.) when I marry....will it truly last and be filled w/ joy?

10.) I'm I in the right?

11.) how far have I gone astray?

12.) When I make a mistake...I'm I really that bad of listener to be getting 20 + lectures from everyone....

13.) Are my friends really my friends....including those far off?

14.) will I ever have a impact on someone elses life?

15.) will I be able to have an impact on the world for the sake of Christ?

16.) and....why is my anger/attitude as bad as it is.

Alright...enough thinking....thinking is a very very dangerous thing...you never know where your mind will wander...

I hope everyone is doing ok.....and no I'm not depressed....besides that as a famous quote goes...."Depression is merely anger w/o enthusiam."

YaY for cooler weather!!  

This is so freaking awesome. The weather has been like 42° in the mornings and maybe around 70° or low 80° in the afternoons. Ahhh...now this is fall weather the way it should be....well...at least in TX.

Alright...time for an update:

This week has been strangly and oddly good.

I'm sooo freaking excited though! Today is actually mine and Matthew's 1 year aniversary...but we're celebrating it tomorrow 'cause he has the day off (actually...I feel like an idoit. I totally forgot that it was actually today, so on my 10 am break I'll let him know....) Oh so coolness. This is the first time I've ever been with someone for this long.   You know what that means.....

Te quiero much mi amor, Mateo Alejandro Rodriguez con todo mi corazon y alma y mucho mas!!!  Happy one year amor! We made it this far.....and I pray there's many more blessings, experiences, and whatever else God will send our way so we can grow stronger together and old together. I love you papi!!

Alright....I'll stop the mushy stuff now.

Ok...you guys....I don't care who you are or what race you are.....everyone should go and rent/BUY the movie The motorcycle Diaries. That movie is so freaking awesome!!!!! By far...it's the bestestest and now my most favoritist movies of all time (sorry Christa, it bumps Nightmare Before Christmas to 2nd pl.). I tell you what...that movie makes me more proud of culture and our acomplishments throughout the thousands of years. Viva la Latin America!!!

Another coolness thing that I'm so incredibly excited about is that I'll be seeing Christa very very soon!!! Around November!!! Yay and shibyyyy!!!    Ohh the things we'll get ourselves into. *impish smile* *shifty eyes*

And I guess for the rest of the entry ('cause I really doubt that anyone reads past this point) I'll just some up the other things that are coolness:

1.) God and Jesus

2.) carving pumpkins w/ the Nightmare Before Christmas images

3.) dressing up and going trick or treating

4.) going out on late cold nights

5.) cleaning and actually seeing some progress

6.) most definitely friends (even those far off....by the way Summer, if you're reading this I'm giving you a call.....sometime....in the very very NEAR future. Also girl!! you need to get yourself a xanga or at least a name).

7.) comments on xanga are good

8.) this christmas....I'll be celebrating it w/ my sister!!!! in Indiana! w/ Matthew and my family on my mom's!!! woo hoo!!

9.) flowers, chocolate, very sexy cologne, late nights on aniversaries....wait...did I just say that out loud?     

10.) payday and all bills paid w/ money to spare

11.) cold weather

12.) parents, family (especially my grandfather...that guy I really admire...he's been through so much w/ his health--last year went through surgery for colon cancer, yesterday-- went through surgery for liver cancer and he's still going strong. God bless you grandpa Holliday! Pray that he comes to truly know the Lord....he's such a great man especially now that he's in his older years).

13.) music and musically intruments

14.) Thanksgiving actually being spent with EVERYONE that I love and that's close to me here in SA (my mom not only invited me to Thanksgiving, but my father--her ex husband, and --this is the bigest of em all-- she invited Matthew too.  This is going to be a very very VERY interesting Thanksgiving, but a good one needless to say.

ooo....not to mention twice the food two....afterwards, Matt and I will be going to his family's house....mmm...Thanksgiving....the mexicano way..... I like having the best of both.....

...and the list goes on and on and on and on and.....

I hope everything else is going good for ya'll. Laura, let me know what's going on....sorry I couldn't make it on Sunday, there was alot of crap going on....but no worries...keep me updated.

I HATE XANGA!!! THIS THING IS PISSING ME OFF SO MUCH NOW!!! Twice already....I've already tried this twice and it still deleted both of my entries!! Damn xanga!!  

Alright, I think I'm calming down now...excuse my french...

Indy 500 Version of the past two entries I tried submiting:

Been very hectic both at work and home,

I've been trying to clean out my apartment for I don't know how long now to no avail,

getting back in touch with some old friends from long ago (no worries I'll be writing/calling most of ya'll soon),

trying to plan a trip to go visit Christa in Denton,

 loving my fiance, Matthew even more with each passing day: Te quiero mucho Mateo Alejandro Rodriguez con todo mi corazon y me alma!,

went to a hookah/shisha bar this past Sunday---that was fun..., still

trying to get rid of two cats...let me know if you're interested,

hopefully I'll have some more room in my apartment today---I've been holding a bunch of stuff for a friend and he's now finally able to come and pick it all up...thank God,

still cant' figure out what I'm going to be for Halloween, going to carve a pumpkin sometime soon --one with Jack Skellington, the other with ooggie boogie, and maybe zero and sally...we'll see (I'll take pictures).

 And last but not least, spending alot more time with the family....in fact....this is a shocker....my mom actually had both Matthew and me sit with her during church and took us out to eat afterwards.. let me tell ya...that was coolness.

Alright I'm going to try this again and if deletes again....well...I just give up....
